Reform Judaism and EHRS are partnering to bring parents/carers and young people together to talk about emotional wellbeing.

There will be fun interactive sessions for young people from year 10 up, and a panel for parents.  Our speakers will be:

Michael Benjamin, father of Jonny Benjamin, MBE, a mental health campaigner and author of Stranger on the Bridge, as well as a member of EHRS

Juliet Landau-Pope (JLP Coach), a professional organiser and study skills consultant, coaching teens to develop organising, time management and exam revision strategies.  She is the author of two books: Being More Productive (2017) and Clearing Your Clutter (2018).

Rabbi Daniel Lichman is the Chaplain for Progressive Jewish Students.  He has a passion for engaging with Jewish texts and using them to develop life skills and spiritual practices that can help us navigate our modern world.

We will also be joined by Ronit Gerber, an experienced educator, motivational speaker, coach, therapist and businesswoman. Ronit has developed a psychoeducational framework called The SMILE System™, a simple yet powerful process for nurturing and growing emotional resilience, inspiring people to make the most of their challenges and their lives.
