The Admin Assistant is required to work within the administration team reporting to the Office Manager. This is a full time position including participating in Sunday morning rota (generally one in three).
The responsibilities will include: general office tasks, filing, copying, covering for receptionist and other tasks as may be required from time to time.

A vacancy exists for the position of finance assistant within the EHRS administration team.

The candidate should be numerate, experienced in using Sage Line 50 Accounting and in using Microsoft Excel to a reasonable standard.

The role includes various aspects of book-keeping, including purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, payroll (liaising with the payroll bureau), payment of suppliers via online banking, petty cash and various reporting to keep departments and trustees informed.

You would be working in a small team with the inhouse accountant and another finance assistant who is mainly responsible for membership accounting.
